Imam Training Academy
One of the Islamic Divisions is the Imam Training Academy. Dhaka, Chittagong, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Dinajpur and Sylhet. Through these 7 centers, the respected Imam and the Mujjjjinns, as well as giving knowledge about the fundamental issues of Islam, such as mass education, family welfare, agriculture and forestry, animal husbandry and fishery cultivation, primary health care and primary care, plantation, science, information and technology, Environment and Social Development, Bangladesh and World Contacts, Basic Computer Training, Introduction to Islamic Foundation, A Empowering the Imams by providing practical and oral training on the formation of family of the family, women's rights and empowerment, removing gender-discrimination, preventing trafficking of women and children, preventing corruption, drug abuse and gambling, child marriage, women and child trafficking, anti-social activities in society. Imam Parsik, to train the imams to maintain peace and security in the society as an ideal citizen Sanera goals and objectives. These trained imams have contributed to financial and social development at the national and national level, while using their trained knowledge themselves as financially self-reliant. At present, the program is being operated through 195 manpower in Bangladesh. A director is in charge of that department. In addition to the mentioned training, the funding of UNFPA is "the involvement of religious leaders in the development of human resources." Under the project, training is provided on reproductive health, child and maternal, HIV protection, terrorism and militancy prevention.
The Imams have played a significant role in socio-economic development activities by utilizing the knowledge of training. A total of 95, 85 people were trained in 7 centers from the beginning. 34,330 people have been trained in the Refreshers course by emphasizing the importance of regular 45 days of training experience. In phases, all the officers and employees of the Islamic Foundation are being trained in office management and moral development. So far 2255 officers and employees have been provided basic training. 3613 Imams, Madrasa students and unemployed youth have been given computer training and 31348 Imams have been trained in human resources development. With the help of the Asia Foundation funding USAID, 15 thousand 700 Imams have been given the Leaders of Influenza (LOI) training. Under the above training, 2 lakh 12 thousand 647 Imams and muezzins were trained. In order to maintain militancy, terrorism, peace and discipline in the society, the efforts of the imams to continue to make militancy and terrorism free from the country, the trained imams have been playing a very fruitful role in the past through Khana in village-ganj mosque.

Imam Muazzin Kalyan Trust: The People's Republic of Bangladesh; Imam and Muazzin Kalyan Trust were formed in 2001 through the 56 laws of the Honorable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. The aim of the Trust is to make self-reliance with the socio-economic development of Imam and Muazzins of the mosques of Bangladesh. At the initial stage, the government provided a grant of Tk 2 crore to the Trust. From the beginning to the year 2017-18 fiscal year, the government grants grants total of 32 crores as grant. Recently, Honorable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina donated Tk 5 crore as grant to the Trust. From the beginning of the Trust to the year 2017-18, as a member loan, 7,443 people received 8,77,97,500 rupees and 9,649 as financial aid (3,33,58,000 rupees) to the people. Currently, the number of Imams and muezzins in the trust is more than 70 thousand. The functions of the trust include providing financial assistance to any imam or muezzin disabled due to disability, dysfunctional disability, etc. If an imam or muezzin dies accidentally, financial assistance to his family will be provided. To provide free and fair loan to Imam or Muazzin and to take action for the overall welfare of their families.
